These past 6 weeks Sensei Nicole Chircop and Sensei Liane Chircop have been teaching kids at Skolasajf. Girls and Boys of ages 6 to 11 from Gzira, San Gwann, Naxxar and Mosta Primary Schools have enjoyed learning and practicing JKA Karate during Summer School.
This was a voluntary programme to promote karate and break its stigma of it being a "violent" physical activity. On the contrary, the kids were exposed to discipline, collaboration, respect and some self defence.
We would like to thank all the participants, leaders and school co-ordinators for their support.
We wish you all a great end of summer and see you again soon
